Quality Assurance Management

Customer satisfaction and quality construction have been our top priority. KSBJ has established and operated ‘TOTAL Yemizi Care Program’ for every stage from design, construction, B/S to A/S. We analyze the defects of the previous products and fully reflect them when we design a new one to realize quality construction. We also improve the quality through cross-check system between sites at every major construction stage. Even after the completion of products, we practice fast defect management and maximize customer satisfaction.
