KSBJ (KumSungBaekJoe) Construction is a real estate developer and contractor established in 1981. Starting out in residential construction, KSBJ established a reputation for quality and reliability. We since expanded our business into office and commercial development with great success. Since then, we have built up an impressive portfolio in the construction business that includes government, commercial and educational buildings, infrastructure, and manufacturing facilities.
KSBJ is actively engaged in development activities on a large scale. We have the ability to undertake all aspects of the project from the initial feasibility study and land acquisition, development and building planning & design, legal and regulatory procedures, sales & marketing, construction, and maintenance. As of 2019, we have built over 25,000 apartment units, developed and sold over 30,000㎡ commercial facilities in Gimpo and Dongtan, the metropolitan area of Korea, and developed and leased over 40,000㎡ office buildings in Seoul and Daejeon. Several other residential, office, and commercial development projects are in the pipeline at present.
KSBJ has been recognized for quality construction. We have a clear nationwide reputation for premium quality residential apartments when we were awarded the Presidential Award in the Korean Best Residence Apartment Award for our luxurious ‘Yemzi’ apartments in 2013 and 2015 respectively. In 2019, we took the 50th place in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Construction Performance Evaluation and acquired corporate credit rating 'A' for seven consecutive years.
